Branditscan Announces Afterglow Donation

MONTREAL — Branditscan has donated one year of its premium brand protection service to Afterglow, the sex worker-led event featuring performances, talks, and community-building activities.

Afterglow will take place in Melbourne, Australia, on March 20, and the package will be awarded to a fundraiser raffle winner, with benefits going to the Vixen Foundation, a local organization that supports sex workers.

"We're thrilled to support Australian sex workers by donating a year of premium brand protection to Afterglow," said Jessica Hookimaw, president of Branditscan. "Every creative professional deserves to feel safe, valued, and celebrated."

Nova Hawthorne, co-organizer of Afterglow, enthused about the event and its sponsor.

"Afterglow is about celebrating the creativity and knowledge sharing of sex workers while pushing the industry forward in new and exciting ways," Hawthorne said. "To do that, we need forward-thinking companies like Branditscan on our side, businesses that genuinely support and uplift creators. Their contribution to our event is not just generous, it’s a commitment to protecting and empowering those in our industry."
